Description

You will own the full lifecycle of test automation, from hardware design and software development to system integration and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define hardware test requirements and design schematics, PCBA layouts, and tester interfaces using Altium.
• Design and deliver test software that exercises hardware, adhering to EE test software architecture.
• Build test systems, verify harnesses, and integrate test hardware with software to create automated sequences.
• Perform multi-run, user, and UUT verification to refine pass/fail criteria and determine root causes of failures.
• Document test procedures, support training, and collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams for failure analysis.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in test automation or hardware/software integration roles.
• Hands-on PCBA and schematic design experience using Altium or similar ECAD tools.
• Strong proficiency in LabVIEW for test software development.
• Experience with Capital Harness and Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of Design Verification Testing (DVT), qualification campaigns, and EMI testing.
• Familiarity with fixture/tester build, harness design, and automated sequence integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
