Description

You will design and implement scalable automation solutions to address complex technical challenges across multiple technologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain extensible automation frameworks using Selenium and TestNG to minimize long-term maintenance.
• Develop comprehensive regression suites for applications and systems, communicating results clearly to all stakeholders.
• Investigate root causes of technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams to validate fixes.
• Support QE initiatives involving database testing, ETL systems, and performance testing of complex systems.
• Lead testing, training, and skill-gap bridging efforts across various applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, and BDD frameworks.
• Advanced SQL knowledge for database and ETL system validation.
• Experience with performance testing for complex systems.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum frameworks and tools.
• Background in banking domain basics.
• Ability to lead and provide technical support to development, business, and test teams.

Preferred Skills

• Leadership experience in a QE or testing environment.
