Description

You will design, implement, and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of financial software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases based on design specifications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Identify, document, and track defects using established tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to validate requirements and defect fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing experience within the FinTech domain.
• Proficiency with Selenium, QTP, JUnit, TestNG, or Lambda Test.
• Programming experience in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations.
• Experience using test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA or TestRail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of security testing practices and API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
