Description

Build and enhance automation suites by integrating GenAI into QA workflows.

You will own the release pipeline and test quality for product releases.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain UI, API, and mobile automation frameworks.
• Build and integrate test pipelines within CI/CD systems.
• Implement AI capabilities for test case generation, self-healing locators, and synthetic data creation.
• Establish reporting mechanisms and manage test flake triage processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Dev teams to translate requirements into executable, AI-augmented tests.

Required Skills

• 3–8 years in QA/Test Automation, with 1–2+ years applying GenAI/LLMs to testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, and Appium.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java for framework development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines or LLM integrations for product QA use cases.
• Knowledge of test design techniques, assertion strategies, and test data management.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker.

Preferred Skills

• Node.js experience for test infrastructure.
