Description

You own the full system testing lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables through automated and manual testing efforts across projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated tests for REST and SOAP APIs using RestAssured and Postman.
• Prepare test data for API, Kafka, and functional testing scenarios to support comprehensive coverage.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy.
• Manage testing activities and tracking using qTest and JIRA within Agile workflows.
• Estimate testing effort by calculating sizing for releases and inspecting sprint progress to accept or reject work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Proficiency in manual and automated API testing for REST and SOAP services.
• Hands-on experience with RestAssured, Selenium, and JMeter.
• Experience testing Kafka message queues and managing data integrity via SQL.
• Strong understanding of Agile processes, including Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Ability to analyze requirements from technical documentation.
• Experience working with JIRA for task and defect management.
• Proven ability to coordinate with onshore, offshore, and vendor teams.
