Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for microservices and integrated systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance automation frameworks from scratch using factory design patterns and data-driven testing.
• Develop and execute sequential API flows and environment-specific tests without altering the core codebase.
• Manage build processes, including package creation, deployments, and pipeline publishing using Maven or Gradle.
• Implement simulations and mocking using tools like WireMock or Mountbank.
• Perform backend validations against SQL/NoSQL databases and message queues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in test automation.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, including polymorphism, lambda expressions, collections, and regex.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and RestAssured.
• Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or Karate.
• Experience with TestNG and build management tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Proficiency in Git, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
• Experience testing microservices and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Ability to debug and optimize existing codebases for better maintainability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mocking tools like WireMock or Mountbank.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a demonstrated GitHub portfolio.
