Description

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Python, Behave, and modern packaging tools.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and publish custom Python libraries to internal PyPi registries, ensuring PEP 8 compliance.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, including containerization using Podman or Docker, and integrate JFrog Artifactory for artifact storage.
• Implement automated dashboard reporting and alerting systems to monitor test results and system health.
• Work with Android OS, leveraging ADB for device management, and interpret Android application code for automation and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automated software testing and Python development.
• Proficiency with Behave (Gherkin) and modern Python packaging tools.
• Knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Gradle, and the Android SDK.
• Experience with web services testing using REST, JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and test-driven development.
