Description

You will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure product quality across functional, integration, and performance layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Write human-readable test scenarios using Cucumber BDD frameworks.
• Perform back-end testing on SQL databases to validate data integrity and processing.
• Validate stream processing applications by testing Kafka streams.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, performing regression testing as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and software quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for automated testing.
• Solid programming proficiency in Java.
• Experience with Cucumber and BDD frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and database testing.
• Experience with Kafka testing and stream processing validation.
• Knowledge of both white box and black box testing methodologies.
• Ability to write clear, comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle databases.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins.
