Description

job responsibilities include:

Define and implement enterprise-wide test automation frameworks and quality assurance strategies aligned with STLC standards.

Lead test planning, estimation, and risk-based testing activities across multiple projects.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation.

Establish testing standards, best practices, and governance for functional, integration, system, and UAT testing.

Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams while mentoring QA leads and test engineers to drive testing excellence.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in software testing and test automation.

Strong expertise in Python-based test automation and building scalable automation frameworks.

Proven experience with STLC, test strategy development, risk-based testing, and quality governance.

Hands-on experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with Development, DevOps, and Business teams
