Description

Lead QA efforts for large initiatives, overseeing test entrance and exit criteria while driving automation standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage test plans, designs, and execution for major projects.
• Influence Product Delivery Owners on requirements, software design, and the Definition of Done.
• Develop coding standards and implement processes for test automation development.
• Create and maintain Requirements Traceability to ensure full test coverage.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to prioritize and size the backlog during sprint planning.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Functional knowledge of Teamcenter PLM, Teamcenter Modules, CAD, and SAP integrations.
• Experience with API testing and working with RESTful services.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to document and maintain all testing and automation artifacts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation tools like Playwright or Selenium.
