2. Should have worked in VLSI background like EDA / RTL / system Verilog.
3. Good understanding of Algorithms and Data structures - Good debugging skills - Understand requirements and build quick solutions to help designers - Willing to dive into new things and pick them up fast.
4. Very good analytical skills required to evaluate complex situations - Focus on exchange of complex technical information.
