Bridge the gap between business requirements and automated testing execution within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage agile software development processes using Scrum methodology.
• Coordinate with and oversee Test Automation Resources to ensure delivery.
• Perform business analyst functions to define and document requirements.
• Apply insurance industry domain knowledge to testing and requirement workflows.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree with 6–10 years of experience.
• At least 4 years of experience performing as a Business Analyst.
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• At least 3 years of experience managing agile software development via Scrum.
• At least 1 year of experience working directly with Test Automation Resources.
• Ability to work onsite in Maple Grove, MN from day one.
