Lead test automation strategy and framework development for on-site delivery in Charlotte, NC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test automation strategies aligned with project goals and client expectations.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and Java.
• Lead on-site automation activities, mentor offshore teams, and ensure timely delivery of scripts and results.
• Explore and implement Generative AI solutions to enhance automation efficiency, including script generation and test data creation.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Test Automation.
• 3+ years in a lead or mentoring role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Java.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Python and JavaScript.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues quickly.
• Experience driving innovation in automation frameworks and AI-enhanced test strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing AI solutions for defect prediction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
