You will lead the design and execution of automation strategies and frameworks to meet project objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive test automation strategies.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and Java.
• Lead onsite automation efforts and coordinate with offshore teams for timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions for script generation and test data creation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Test Automation.
• 3+ years in a technical lead role.
• Expertise in Playwright and Java.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience designing scalable automation frameworks.
• Proven experience leading cross-shore automation teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI for automation efficiency.
