Description

Lead the test automation strategy and execution for a digital enrollment modernization program. You will own the release quality across integrated systems while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating efforts across multiple scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy and reusable frameworks using Python.
• Design automated test scripts for backend and frontend components, including Kafka, Databricks, ADLS, MongoDB, and Appian BPM.
• Validate data pipelines, transformations, and consistency across multiple integrated systems.
• Manage defect identification and resolution while providing mentorship to junior automation engineers.
• Coordinate testing efforts across 12 onshore and offshore scrum teams consisting of over 25 people.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in test automation and functional testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python for framework development and script creation.
• Hands-on experience testing Kafka messaging systems and data pipelines.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and MongoDB.
• Practical knowledge of Appian BPM workflow automation.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience working with EDI and JSON data formats.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale coordination between onshore and offshore teams.
