Own test strategy, automation frameworks, and quality delivery for multiple releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define testing scope, quality metrics, and strategy aligned with QA governance.
• Design and implement automation frameworks for UI, API, and regression testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and closure across functional and UAT phases.
• Mentor onshore and offshore QA teams and coordinate with Product Owners and Developers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software testing and quality engineering.
• 3-5 years in a Test Lead or QA Lead role.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright; Selenium or similar frameworks accepted.
• Web application testing experience (3-5 years).
• API testing proficiency using Postman or REST clients.
• CI/CD tool familiarity (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins).
• Test management and defect tracking tools (Jira or Azure DevOps).
• Basic JavaScript or TypeScript proficiency for scripting.
• Database testing and SQL querying skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading distributed or offshore QA teams.
• Exposure to multi-release or high-volume delivery environments.
