Description

You will lead automation initiatives and establish frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement automation strategies based on Tricentis Tosca.
• Design and maintain model-based automated test frameworks.
• Collaborate with QA, Dev, and BA teams to identify automation scenarios.
• Set best practices for modular design, test data, and reusability.
• Drive CI/CD integration, test execution, and mentor automation engineers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated leadership in test strategy and QA process improvement.
• Experience conducting PoCs and tool evaluations.
• Ability to report on automation coverage, results, and ROI.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
