Description

Lead test automation efforts for large production systems with high transaction volumes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI and API test automation strategies using Selenium and Rest Assured.
• Orchestrate release workflows and pipelines to enhance CI/CD processes.
• Define and elaborate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex design problems and develop new testing approaches.
• Manage defect management processes and monitor code health via reporting tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years overall testing experience, including 5+ years in API testing.
• Strong background in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Expertise in Selenium for UI automation and Rest Assured for API automation.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit, JBehave, and Spring frameworks.
• Proven experience with Microservices and multi-tiered web applications.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Chef, or Cruise Control.
• Experience with code coverage and health reporting tools like Sonar.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud development experience with AWS, Azure, or PCF.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns for high availability and high performance systems.
• Familiarity with secure coding standards and vulnerability management.
