Description

Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient quality engineering function. Own the test automation strategy, framework evolution, and execution support for complex business processes including order management, fulfillment, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated testing strategies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance on automation best practices and problem-solving.
• Automate order placement and evidence collection using Playwright and Selenium, replacing manual screenshot and artifact gathering.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple teams, creating scripts, outlining customer journeys, and capturing stakeholder feedback.
• Analyze and optimize test automation frameworks for improved performance and integrate processes seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering.
• Expert proficiency in Test Execution and Management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in building and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium for end-to-end automation.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and operate with strong ownership and proactive communication.
• Experience supporting complex business flows such as Front End, Order Management, Purchase Flow, Fulfillment, Billing, Invoicing, Tax, and Revenue Recognition.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, CloudShell, Curl, Step Functions, and State Machines.
• Industry experience in Ecommerce, Telecom, or Internet Service Providers.
