Job Responsibilities Include:

Lead end-to-end testing activities for incentive compensation solutions, including test planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Manage and coordinate onshore and offshore testing teams while ensuring alignment with project objectives, testing standards, timelines, and quality expectations.

Develop, review, execute, and maintain test scripts, test cases, and test scenarios to support system integration testing and validation activities.

Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, SMEs, business teams, and project leadership to communicate testing progress, provide metrics, and address testing risks and issues.

Execute and validate large-scale System Integration Testing (SIT) activities involving complex incentive compensation calculations, large data sets, and business rules.

Utilize Jira, SharePoint, Oracle Cloud, and related testing tools to manage test execution, defect tracking, documentation, reporting, and quality assurance processes.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.

A minimum of five years of experience leading testing teams within enterprise application, compensation management, or financial systems environments.

Strong experience managing onshore and offshore testing resources while driving testing governance, coordination, and successful project delivery.

Demonstrated expertise in Incentive Compensation Testing, preferably supporting Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.

Experience with Jira, SharePoint, Oracle Cloud, test management methodologies, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing and executing test automation frameworks and testing strategies for enterprise software implementations.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Integration and end-to-end testing across integrated enterprise application environments.

Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools for test script development, test validation, test optimization, and quality assurance activities.

Knowledge of incentive compensation business processes, commission calculations, performance management, and sales compensation programs.

Experience leading testing efforts for large-scale transformation, ERP, CRM, or incentive management projects
