Description

Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test strategies to ensure software quality and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation strategies aligned with project goals.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid feedback.
• Enhance existing test frameworks and tools to improve efficiency.
• Mentor junior QA engineers to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and frameworks such as Pytest or unittest.
• Proven experience with Selenium and Robot Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Linux (CentOS) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in testing RESTful and SOAP APIs using Postman, Requests, or Pytest.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience with Windows environments.
