Description

You will lead the transition from manual to automated testing by building scalable test suites and mentoring global teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convert 90% of manual test cases into automated scripts.
• Design and implement training curricula to upskill global testing teams.
• Lead the technical strategy for accelerating the automation journey.
• Mentor engineers on new processes, testing frameworks, and technical best practices.
• Execute testing and delivery tasks to ensure product quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium and Java.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Cucumber for BDD.
• Proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams.
• Experience working within large, global team structures.
• Ability to analyze complex product features and functionality.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cypress and UDF.
• Background in the banking industry.
