You will lead the transition from manual testing to an automated framework while mentoring a global team.

Responsibilities

• Convert 90% of existing manual test cases into automated suites.
• Develop and execute training curricula to upskill global team members.
• Drive automation strategy to accelerate delivery and testing cycles.
• Mentor engineers on test case development and automation best practices.
• Analyze product features to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Hands-on experience building automation test cases using Selenium.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train large global teams.
• Experience driving technical strategy and process transformation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the banking industry.
