Description

Lead QA technical activities and define end-to-end test automation strategies. Own the automation roadmap and drive tool selection for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end test automation roadmaps.
• Propose new test automation solutions and tool strategies to stakeholders.
• Review test case coverage and provide technical input to the QA team.
• Mentor and direct the technical activities of QA engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, TestNG, Grid, or WebDriver.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Experience with SOA testing and automating web services.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of TDD and BDD using Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Strong technical problem-solving and design thinking skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
