Description

You will architect and maintain enterprise-level test automation frameworks while leading quality engineering teams across Desktop, Web, and Mobile platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement master automation test strategies using BDD/TDD and hybrid frameworks.
• Architect and maintain automation frameworks, including AI-based QA bot rollouts and rate test engine tools.
• Lead quality engineering teams through unit, functional, regression, and E2E testing.
• Drive testing transformations across UI, Microservices, API, and Cloud Native architectures within CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Manage QA release capacity, infrastructure needs, test environments, and test data requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering and test automation experience.
• Expert-level experience in automation framework architecture and maintenance.
• Strong Java coding skills for script development and code review.
• Experience with Python, Ruby, or C#.
• Knowledge of MVC, MFC, CSS, and Javascript.
• Familiarity with Jnode and Tensorflow.
• Experience with CI/CD, Continuous Testing, and Cloud Native architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver hands-on engineering initiatives.
• Experience coordinating technical requirements across QA, Dev, DevOps, and external vendors.
