Description

Define and lead the overall automation test strategy, build scalable frameworks, and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure quality across web, API, and integrated systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the automation test strategy aligned with business and release goals.
• Build and scale robust automation frameworks for web, API, and integrated systems using Playwright and Selenium.
• Lead QA and automation engineers by setting clear goals, ownership, and quality expectations.
• Partner with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to integrate quality early in the SDLC.
• Establish automation standards, coding practices, and review mechanisms across teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering.
• 3+ years leading test automation teams.
• Strong proficiency in Playwright, Selenium, Python, Java, and TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI-driven testing and quality engineering principles.
• Experience with CI/CD integration and DevOps collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)-enabled workflows and AI/GenAI tools like Copilot.
• Background in performance testing, non-functional validation, or eCommerce/SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.
