Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and RestAssured to ensure application quality and reliability.

Create, execute, and optimize UI, API, regression, functional, and end-to-end test automation suites across web applications and services.

Develop and maintain Page Object Model (POM)-based automation frameworks, reusable test components, and testing best practices.

Validate REST APIs, request/response payloads, schemas, and integrations using RestAssured and automated API testing methodologies.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to review requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Analyze test results, troubleshoot defects, support root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement of quality assurance and automation processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

5–10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Software Testing, or QA Automation roles.

Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Selenium WebDriver, Page Object Model (POM), test automation frameworks, and web application testing.

Proven experience in API automation testing using RestAssured, including request/response validation, schema validation, test framework development, and end-to-end quality assurance processes
