You will define and drive the automation strategy for our systems.

Responsibilities

• Design the automation strategy and create automation suites.
• Analyze industry trends to identify the latest automation technologies.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements.
• Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.
• Act as the liaison between business functions and the technical team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in test automation.
• 10+ years of enterprise-level experience supporting large application sets.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts.
• Hands-on experience setting up Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency with tools including Tosca, Selenium, and UFT.
• Experience managing test data needs using TDM and automation.
• Ability to prepare test plans, cases, and traceability documentation.
• Understanding of business processes from a customer perspective.
• Results-oriented with proven adaptability and resourcefulness.
