Define and drive the test automation strategy for enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design automation strategies and build comprehensive test suites.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Analyze industry trends to identify emerging automation technologies.
• Consult on new implementations and support existing projects.
• Bridge communication between business functions and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in test automation and enterprise-level support.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts.
• Hands-on experience setting up Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency with Tosca, Selenium, and UFT.
• Experience managing test data needs using TDM.
• Ability to prepare test plans, cases, and traceability documentation.
• Understanding of business processes from a customer perspective.
