Description

Lead automation efforts for SAP and TOSCA integration, managing a team of 5 to 8 testers. Own the release quality by building frameworks, defining strategies, and ensuring delivery against plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead an automation team of 5 to 8 testers, directing work assignments and ensuring delivery against plans.
• Develop automation test strategies and present them to stakeholders for review and approval.
• Build automation frameworks and scripts for desktop, web, and SAP package applications.
• Design test schedules, scenarios, plans, and test cases from scratch.
• Produce Daily Status Reports (DSR) and Weekly Status Reports (WSR).

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in test automation.
• Expertise in TOSCA automation combined with SAP application knowledge (specifically Payroll and SuccessFactors).
• Experience developing automation frameworks and scripting across desktop and web applications.
• Proven experience leading and guiding automation testing teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and DevOps tools.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate directly with onsite teams.
• Proficiency in creating test databases and implementing testing best practices.
• Ability to manage DSR and WSR reporting.
