Description

You will manage the end-to-end test data management lifecycle and quality assurance processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Construct systematic test scenarios and test cases based on customer user stories and requirements.
• Execute smoke, unit, and integration testing to ensure system readiness.
• Set up test data, identify anomalies, and log detailed defects.
• Perform gap analysis between requirement fitment and the technology stack.
• Guide other testers and report on the test activities of small teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in test data management and quality assurance lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with test data management tools such as Broadcom TDM, Delphix, or GenRocket.
• Proficiency in SQL and Advanced SQL concepts.
• Working knowledge of synthetic test data generation, data masking, and data find and reserve implementation.
• Strong understanding of API and functional workflows.
• Experience with gap analysis, test cases, and smoke testing.
• Ability to perform unit testing and integration testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using GenRocket.
• Banking and finance domain knowledge.
