You will own the strategy and execution of enterprise test data management across multisystem testing programs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the enterprise TDM strategy for multi-system, multi-release testing.
• Design optimal data provisioning approaches by analyzing application landscapes including admin systems, PAS, underwriting, claims, CRM, and billing.
• Create, extract, mask, subset, refresh, and maintain reusable data sets for testing environments.
• Ensure all test data practices comply with Canadian privacy and regulatory rules such as PIPEDA and OSFI guidelines.
• Track TDM KPIs including provisioning lead time and environment stability, and document policies.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Test Data Management, QA, Data Engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one enterprise TDM platform (Informatica TDM, Broadcom TDM, Delphix, IBM InfoSphere Optim).
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with data masking, subsetting, cloning, and synthetic data generation techniques.
• Understanding of cloud data ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with mainframe, distributed, and API-based systems integration.
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance products, policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex multi-release testing cycles.
