Description

You will design and maintain data solutions to support enterprise testing requirements. You own the release data integrity by building and configuring data masking setups within dedicated TDM tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute TDM functions including data provisioning, subsetting, profiling, and mining.
• Collaborate with data stewards to define PII, security policies, and data controls.
• Drive data solutioning decisions by reviewing specific testing needs.
• Mentor Test Data Analysts and share technical techniques with the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Test Data Management.
• Solid technical knowledge of IBM Optim.
• Experience with data masking, synthetic data creation, and data security.
• Proven background in DB migration and consolidation projects.
• Expertise in data subsetting, provisioning, and data handling.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data accuracy and reliability.
• Ability to explain technical methods to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
