Description

You will lead the strategy and implementation of test data management across the application and testing landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current application and testing landscape to identify data requirements.
• Define the long-term Test Data Management (TDM) strategy and implementation roadmap.
• Integrate TDM processes within Agile and DevOps workflows.
• Drive the execution of data management initiatives across the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Test Data Management.
• Proven expertise in Test Data Management (TDM) methodologies.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile environments.
• Practical experience with DevOps practices.
• Ability to design and implement TDM roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Direct work experience with the Delphix TDM tool.
