Description

You will architect and implement enterprise-level Test Data Management solutions across on-premises and multi-cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize TDM strategies including data masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and profiling.
• Design secure data provisioning workflows using Broadcom CA TDM, BMC File Aid, X9 Assist, and Voltage tools.
• Lead data integration projects, including mainframe to UNIX migrations and Informatica IICS implementations.
• Develop Python-based automation for data provisioning, validation, and Docker-based environment maintenance.
• Oversee test data reservation, golden copy creation, and environment refresh cycles.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Test Data Engineering, and Mainframe Development.
• Minimum 4 years of recent experience in the Health Insurance industry.
• Expertise with Broadcom TDM, BMC File Aid, X9 Assist, and Voltage.
• Proficiency in Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, Greenplum, and Hadoop Hive.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically for data obfuscation.
• Strong programming skills in COBOL, JCL, Shell Scripting, Python, and Java.
• Experience with Middleware and API testing including SOAP UI, RESTful APIs, and Web Services.
• Hands-on use of Ansible, Puppet, HP ALM, Jira, MKs, ChangeMan, and Endeavor.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in automation frameworks and Excel Macros for data management.
