You will lead the strategy, creation, and lifecycle management of test data sets to support organizational testing needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a test data management strategy covering creation, maintenance, archiving, and disposal.
• Oversee the creation of test data sets that represent production data while adhering to privacy and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with IT and development teams to manage the allocation and refresh of data across testing environments.
• Implement processes to ensure the quality, accuracy, and relevance of test data.
• Automate and optimize test data preparation tasks through tool and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test data management or related roles.
• Proficiency with JIRA and TestRail.
• Strong expertise in Data Strategy and Data Quality Assurance.
• Proven ability in Issue Resolution regarding data quality and environment access.
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with QA, developers, and data governance teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data masking and synthetic data generation.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
