Description

Lead test data strategy, provisioning, and governance for banking and financial services operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test data management strategies aligned with banking regulations.
• Manage data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation to ensure secure testing environments.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and compliance teams to facilitate effective data provisioning.
• Automate test data processes using IBM InfoSphere Optim, Delphix, or Informatica TDM.
• Integrate test data provisioning into CI/CD pipelines to support self-service workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in TDM, data security, and compliance within banking or financial services.
• Expertise in SQL and database management using Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and test data masking.
• Proficiency with IBM InfoSphere Optim, Delphix, or Informatica TDM.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based test data management using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Scripting capabilities in Python or Shell.
