You will lead test data strategy, provisioning, and governance within a banking and financial services context.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test data management strategies aligned with banking regulations.
• Execute data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation to ensure secure testing.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and compliance teams to manage effective data provisioning.
• Automate test data processes using tools such as IBM InfoSphere Optim, Delphix, or Informatica TDM.
• Support CI/CD integration and implement self-service test data provisioning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in test data management, data security, and compliance.
• Deep expertise in SQL and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Proven track record with test data masking and automation.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Background in banking or financial services environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based test data management using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Scripting proficiency in Python or Shell.
