Description

You will design, build, and optimize automated test systems for PCBAs and board-level testing within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test solutions for PCBAs using C# .NET.
• Develop software tools and utilities to automate test procedures, data acquisition, and analysis.
• Implement test algorithms and scripts to validate hardware functionality, connectivity, and performance.
• Integrate test systems with manufacturing equipment and production workflows for high-volume scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug test systems and software to ensure reliability and uptime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test development and automation.
• Proficiency in C# .NET programming for developing test automation software and tools.
• Strong understanding of PCBA testing methodologies and board-level testing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
• Knowledge of hardware testing protocols such as JTAG, Boundary Scan, and functional testing.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to debug complex hardware and software issues in a manufacturing context.
