Description

You will develop software to automate production testing and design manufacturing test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop software to automate production testing within established schedules.
• Design and fabricate manufacturing test equipment and test methods.
• Execute validations and verifications on products and subsystems.
• Read schematics to assess PCB Design for Test (DFT) requirements.
• Troubleshoot PCBs, test equipment, and electrical or mechanical systems including fluidics, pneumatics, and optics.

Required Skills

• Intermediate to advanced programming skills in LabVIEW, C++, or C#.
• Experience with PCB design and testing.
• Hands-on experience using various types of test and measurement equipment.
• Electronics design and analysis experience covering power supplies, motor control, digital controls, and sensor conditioning.
• Ability to perform reliability testing and failure analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fluidics, pneumatics, and optics systems.
