Description

You will develop and maintain V93k test programs, including base level, timing, and patterns, while collaborating with FPGA validation engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop V93k test programs and manage start-up group contents.
• Maintain the in-house Smartest test method library and implement efficiency enhancements.
• Verify channel mapping files for new V93k load boards in coordination with the hardware design team.
• Support V93k tester (ATE) solution readiness, Smartest software, and Velocity test conversion tools.
• Coordinate with the security development team to resolve restricted network access and OS migration compatibility issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test development.
• Commercial V93000 tester knowledge and test program development.
• Proficiency in C++ and Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Familiarity with Linux OS environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage timelines to meet project deliverables.
