Description

Drive the quality assurance process through rigorous testing and requirement analysis for systems and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and design documents to provide feedback and create test cases.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test scripts.
• Perform test data conditioning, regression testing, and validation.
• Log, track, and verify the resolution of software and specification defects.
• Document all phases of the systems QA process and provide updates to management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT Quality Assurance and systems/application testing experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium or UFT (QTP).
• Working knowledge of .Net or Java programming.
• Experience using Quality Assurance tools like Quality Center, ALM, or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies.
• Ability to lead a team and provide guidance to less experienced analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Exposure to Continuous Integration, BDD, or ATDD using Cucumber, Specflow, or SpecRun.
