Description

You will own the testing lifecycle for system and integration environments, ensuring software quality through rigorous validation and defect management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop master test plans, schedules, and detailed test cases tied directly to requirements.
• Execute test scenarios covering functionality, UI, regression, security, connectivity, performance, load, stress, and failover/recovery.
• Identify, record, and track defects, risks, and action items throughout the development lifecycle.
• Validate requirements to ensure they are testable and verifiable before execution.
• Mentor project teams to support standardized, repeatable testing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT testing environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and query management.
• Hands-on experience with API Testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience automating or managing tests using Selenium.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and workflows.
• Ability to document test scripts and plans with clear traceability to requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior testers or leading test process improvements.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools beyond basic execution.
