Manage testing lifecycles and ensure quality through structured test planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define test cases, test scripts, and test approaches for complex items.
• Execute test scripts and manage the end-to-end defect handling process.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and coordinate overall test management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align testing with project requirements.
• Follow internal guidelines and established test management procedures.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in testing and defect handling.
• Proficiency in defining test cases and test scripts.
• Strong adherence to Good Document Practices (GDP).
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced coursework in technical systems.
• Relevant industry certifications.
