Description

Design, execute, and maintain automated and manual test suites for the Ryzen AI software stack, including ROCm and NPU components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated and manual tests for Ryzen AI, ROCm, and NPU software stacks.
• Execute tests across Ryzen APUs and Radeon dGPU architectures, tracking and reporting results.
• Run white-box, black-box, and regression test suites to ensure functional quality and reliability.
• Investigate failures, isolate root causes, produce clear repro steps, and collaborate with developers on fixes.
• Support release qualification processes and generate quantitative reports on test outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test engineering or software quality assurance.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, and C/C++ for test development and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments and development tooling.
• Deep understanding of client PC (x86) system design, validation, and hardware certification processes.
• Experience with stress testing, benchmarking suites, and defect tracking systems.
• Familiarity with QA concepts and development lifecycles for Silicon, Firmware, and Linux stacks.
• Ability to assemble PC systems, install components (memory, storage, processors), and configure hardware.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience presenting technical findings and quantitative reports to stakeholders.
