Description

You will own technical triage and troubleshooting for cellular and non-cellular connectivity technologies. You will replicate issues, analyze system logs, and validate findings using diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot reported issues by identifying root causes through systematic analysis.
• Replicate technical problems and review system logs to validate findings.
• Analyze data and call performance KPIs using diagnostic tools.
• Interpret complex system logs, error messages, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in testing or triage roles.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP wireless protocols including WCDMA, LTE, and 5G.
• Experience with IMS data and call performance KPIs.
• Knowledge of Layer 1 (Physical Layer) connectivity.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as QXDM and Shannon DM.
• Familiarity with non-cellular technologies including NFC, UWB, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
