Description

You will design and execute test strategies to ensure software meets architectural requirements and quality standards. You own the full testing lifecycle from planning to defect closure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases covering positive, negative, and exception scenarios to ensure optimal coverage.
• Log defects with appropriate priority, perform root cause analysis, and track issues to closure.
• Build and configure automated testing frameworks and execute stability and performance tests.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing, including acceptance, integration, installation, and system testing.
• Analyze production application problems to identify root causes and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 1 to 4 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience with automation frameworks like Codecept.js, Serenity BDD, or Cucumber.
• Experience using JMeter for performance testing.
• Ability to implement test plans, follow established test processes, and record results.
• Familiarity with software testing best practices, including test standards, code reviews, and test data management.
• Strong communication skills for providing reports to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of TDD, BDD, and the test pyramid model.
• Experience with JIRA, Git, and cloud technologies, specifically Azure.
• Experience with performance, load, and volume testing.
