Description

Validate networking products through test planning, execution, and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans based on technical requirements.
• Construct and manage network topologies for test execution.
• Implement test cases and develop automation scripts to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using analytical methods.
• Report on testing progress and outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in networking product validation.
• Deep knowledge of switches, routers, and IP Networking Fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Layer 2 protocols including STP, RSTP, and MSTP.
• Expertise in Layer 3 routing and routed protocols: MPLS, LDP, RSVP, L3VPN, L2VPN, EVPN, OSPF, ISIS, and BGP.
• Automation skills using Python, Robot Framework, and Perl.
• Strong understanding of Datacenter and Switching technologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech/ME/MTech).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API and UI testing.
• Networking certifications such as JNCIA, JNCIS, or JNCIP.
