Description

You will own the testing and validation of complex medical device software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional test suites and related documentation.
• Design and execute comprehensive test scripts and protocols to detect defects.
• Investigate software defects using troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Test applications against FDA Regulations and APIs/Micro Services interfaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Clinical Informatics, Clinical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience with HL7/FHIR medical device interfacing.
• Knowledge of the V-model (Requirements analysis, functional/non-functional requirements, component analysis).
• Experience testing embedded medical devices.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, WLAN, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Experience testing web applications.

Preferred Skills

• Proficient testing of highly critical real-time large-scale distributed client-server applications (preferably healthcare) via automation.
• Experience in testing Software as a Medical device.
