Description

You will test complex medical device software, interfacing systems, and web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional test suites and associated test documentation.
• Execute comprehensive test scripts and protocols to detect defects.
• Investigate software defects using systematic troubleshooting skills.
• Assess complex software applications, focusing on failure mode detection.
• Test web applications and APIs/Micro Services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Clinical Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant technical experience.
• Experience with HL7/FHIR medical device interfacing.
• Familiarity with FDA Regulations.
• Experience testing embedded medical devices.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, WLAN, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Understanding of the V-model (requirements analysis, functional/non-functional requirements, component analysis).
• Experience in API and Micro Services testing.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency testing large-scale distributed client-server applications (preferably healthcare) via automation.
• Experience in testing Software as a Medical device.
